It's thoughts like this that catch

When we moved in together, the four of us just compiled a lot of our stuff.  Furniture, utensils, pots and pans, and of course, dishes.  We aren't like some roomies, who only eat of their one set of dishes; we share pretty much everything.
Which is wonderful, except that we have a few we have a few sets of glasses.  And it seems that whenever you go to get a drink, a roomie is using another glass of the same set.  Then the two of you start chatting and suddenly, who can remember which side of the roomie's identical glass of water you set yours down on?
Which is why I think that Tanna, the Alaskan Crafter, came up with a brilliant solution: chalkboard glasses.  They sound so easy!  And fun!  You'd have to be careful where you place your hand when picking them up, of course, so that you don't rub off your name and thus defeat the purpose of the label.  You can find the tutorial here, though I'm pretty sure I'd be way to excited to start, and neglect the careful taping that is imperative to this project.
